Αndrea Bocelli: «Πέρασα τον κορωνοϊό και ήταν εφιαλτικά»

O Αndrea Bocelli, ένας από τους διασημότερους Ιταλούς καλλιτέχνες παγκοσμίως, σε πρόσφατη συνέντευξη που παραχώρησε στην εφημερίδα «Corriere della Sera» δήλωσε πως στις αρχές Μαρτίου νόσησε από τον κορωνοϊο.

I like to think that this sharing of holy music has given wings to our pleas, that the grace of faith and the strength of hope have been ideally transmitted by these same marvelous flowered spires: our heavenly mother, the symbol of Milan, at the top, and surrounding her the many marble icons of the saints watching over our lives. . . Come ogni anno, la Santa Pasqua e il suo messaggio di resurrezione ci ha visitati. Ci ha trovati riuniti in preghiera, domenica scorsa, sotto le navate del Duomo. Mi piace pensare che la musica sacra condivisa abbia regalato ali più grandi al nostro pregare... E che la grazia (della fede e della speranza) sia passata idealmente proprio da queste guglie fiorite: la madre celeste in cima, simbolo di Milano, e intorno alla Madonnina le tante icone marmoree dei Santi, a vegliare sulle nostre vite. . - @veronicabertiofficial

Παρόλο που τα συμπτώματα ήταν ήπια ο ίδιος χαρακτήρισε αυτή την εμπειρία «εφιαλτική». «Η εμπειρία μου από τον κορωνοϊό; Μια τραγωδία, όλοι μας μολυνθήκαμε στην οικογένεια, με πυρετό, παρότι δεν ήταν πολύ υψηλός, βήχα και φτέρνισμα», δήλωσε αρχικά και στη συνέχεια πρόσθεσε: «Ξεπεράσαμε την ασθένεια πολύ καλά, παρόλο που δυστυχώς χρειάστηκε να ακυρώσω πολλές συναυλίες και αυτό ήταν μια κακή εμπειρία. Ήταν σαν να ζούσα έναν εφιάλτη γιατί ένιωθα ότι δεν είχα πλέον τον έλεγχο της κατάστασης. Ήλπιζα να ξυπνήσω από στιγμή σε στιγμή».

Μετά από αυτή την περιπέτεια, ο διεθνούς φήμης τενόρος και η σύζυγός του επισκέφθηκαν το νοσοκομείο της Πίζας και δώρισαν πλάσμα, προκειμένου να γίνουν οι έρευνες για την καταπολέμηση του Covid-19.

Στη συνέχεια, ο Αndrea Bocelli σχολίασε  και τησταδιακή χαλάρωση των μέτρων στη χώρα, η οποία ξεκίνησε στις 4 Μαΐου. «Ευχαριστώ τον Θεό που δεν ήμουν εγώ που έπρεπε να λάβω αποφάσεις. Δόξα τω Θεώ, δεν είμαι πολιτικός και δεν κλήθηκα να πάρω αποφάσεις, δε θα ήθελα να είμαι στη θέση αυτού που πρέπει να λαμβάνει αυτές τις αποφάσεις».

Bocelli: Συγκλονιστική συναυλία-προσευχή στον άδειο Καθεδρικό ναό Duomo

Σε αυτό το σημείο να υπενθυμίσουμε ότι στις 12 Απριλίου, ένα μήνα μετά τη διαγνωστική εξέταση της 10ης Μαρτίου για τον κορωνοϊό, στην οποία βρέθηκε θετικός, έδωσε συναυλία στο Duomo του Μιλάνου, τον μεγάλο καθεδρικό ναό της οικονομικής πρωτεύουσας της χώρας, χωρίς θεατές.

Η συναυλία με τίτλο «Μουσική για την ελπίδα» οργανώθηκε για το Πάσχα και κατά τη διάρκειά της ο καλλιτέχνης έψαλλε μόνος μέσα στον καθεδρικό ναό ύμνους και μελωδίες της εκκλησιαστικής μουσικής.
